Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule a treatment. 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule two or more treatments for an individual. Late cancellations may be charged 50% of the treatments scheduled. Repeated cancellations may require a deposit for future scheduling.

Consultations

Consultations are $50 and credited toward treatment.

Sales

All sales are final.

PRF treatments

PRF treatments require a lab draw appointment with a medical provider prior to treatment.

We collect only what you give us to book, treat and reach you. We never sell your details. Booking and payments run through Boulevard under its own privacy policy. Ask us any time to see or delete what we hold.
