Cancellation policy: Please provide at least 24-hours notice if you need to reschedule a treatment. 48-hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule two or more treatments for an individual. This allows the Practitioner and Medspa enough time to fill appointment times. Late cancellations may be charged 50% of treatment(s) scheduled. Please note: Repeated cancellations may require a deposit for future scheduling.
